We stumbled upon Missy when we were first looking for a home on Lake Springfield. We were extremely lucky that she was the agent that Zillow had call us from our inquiry. From that point on, the relationship was set. She often said that we hit it off. I would say that she is an absolute natural at her job. She became part of the family team that was looking for a home. We must have looked at more than 20 homes over the 10 months that we worked together. We made offers and negotiated on a handful. Missy was a great negotiator and a devoted buyer representative. On one house, the negotiations became somewhat adversarial. Missy protected us and respected our wishes when we let the deal fall apart after we became very uncomfortable with the seller. Missy didn't miss a beat. Immediately we began looking at homes again, and within a month, she had found a home for us that we are now happy to call our own. It is, by far, the best property that we've seen in the area, and thanks to Missy, it meets our needs perfectly. We experienced an extremely efficient and amiable closing where buyers and sellers enjoyed working together. I have tremendous gratitude for Missy's professionalism and I look forward to a long friendship. I would recommend her to any family member or close friend as the best that they could find.
