Oh where do I begin...I will start by saying if you are thinking about selling your home call Jess Hrivnak. My husband and I were interested in moving; however we were on the fence on the when, where and what next. We were connected to Jess and wow, she was the perfect fit. She visited our home, shared information about the market in our area and signed us up the same day. You may say, of course she signed you up that day, she wants to list/sell a home. I will be the 1st to admit that was my thought process as well, until I came in contact with Jess and Eric from the Rachel Kendell Team. These folks are truly all about 100% customer satifsaction. And lets talk about patience and knowledge. My husband can be a challenge when it comes to customer service. He has questions and expects answers, honesty and respect. Jess was knowledgable about the market, even when my husband drilled her about why this and why that. She had patience, even when my husband still had questions the next day and the day after. But here we are, a week later with a house under contract and my husband will say, Jess knows best when it comes to listing a home. I close with these remarks...at the end of the day, Jess will do what you ask, but her recommendations never let us down.
