I was probably thier worst client ever! I can't tell you how many homes we looked at. We previously had another agent and after about 20 homes she rudell said, " Well, I'm pretty busy so when you get serios about choosing a home let me know." I thought that was unbelievable. Joan was always so accomidating and patient. She understtod that this is a big investment. She understood that we wern't just looking for a tax break or an investment property, this was going to be our home! We were looking for a home to watch our son grow up in, to grow in together. We were looking for a place to stay indefinately if possible. We aren't movers, my husband HATES change so this was going to be peremanent for us. She got that. She got that and let us mull over, weed out, and eventually find oud diamond in the rough. There was also so much drama with the realator managing the property that we were able to work through. Patience is definately her best quality. You need it when searching for you home!
