My wife and I were first home buyers and started looking at houses a year before we actually bought one. When I contacted Veterans home loans they told me they would get someone with experience with Veterans home loans to work with me and I will say they absolutely did. Both my wife and I, being new home owners, we would both say that if it wasn't for Janelle going above and beyond to help us, we are sure that it would not of gone as smooth or as comfortable as it did. From looking at houses to making offers to backing out and then to finally finding a house we love and coming to terms with the pervious owners, Janelle was there to help us and guide us through it all. She made us feel very confident in her and we knew that she was there for us. Also I have to say, without invading our privacy , Janelle is not a 9 to 5 days done kind of relator.
