Melissa, along with her husband Nick, are the exceptionally rare blend of whip-smart, hard-working, as well as personable! They were super positive throughout the process of buying our new home and selling the old one, and demonstrated a truly keen business sense and knowledge of the local market. Melissa actually teaches a class in how to get your offer accepted in a competitive market, so she really knows how to navigate in our current sellers market. Without her acumen, Im pretty sure we wouldnt have gotten our Dream House.
