Melissa is a real estate hero. We met Melissa at an open house where she was representing the seller, and we were so impressed with her knowledge, honesty, and integrity, we quickly decided to work with her. Without a clear idea of where exactly we wanted to focus our real estate search, Melissa was always readily available to show us homes across the Greater Boston and North Shore area. She suggested we look in Salem, MA, and although reluctant at first, this is in fact where we found our new home! Melissa respected our financial comfort zone and after a long, tense negotiation period, she was able to get us the price we wanted. Throughout the negotiation period, she was in constant contact by phone and email. The closing was a piece of cake, as she provided us with guidance every step of the way. This was our first home purchase, and the process was daunting at first, but Melissas knowledge and connections to valuable, resourceful people put us at ease. Though she never once pressured us into using her recommendations for lawyers, inspectors, and insurance companies, we did decide to work with them and could not have been more pleased. Melissa is truly a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and experienced Real Estate agent, and an overall lovely person as well.
