We had actually had our home on the market previously but Calvin was the first realtor to seriously endeavor to sell our home. He was very professional and took the best pictures of the property that we had ever seen. His staging associates are beyond qualified and paid attention to every detail. We chose Calvin because he has a proven track record of being an above-average realtor. He knows this business like the back of his hand and offers impeccable service that simply cannot be beaten. The best thing that Calvin did was to create foot traffic constantly coming through to view the property. There were weeks when we would have a dozen showings or more. He also challenged us to continue fixing the property up along the way. And he also had stagers to come in to access the property and to help us fix the place up to maximize our client base. Not only would we recommend Calvin to others, I would be willing to assist Calvin in getting his business and name out to potential home sellers. He is the best realtor that we have met in a long time. He is consistent, professional, compassionate, and most of all patient. He did not give up on the sale of our home even though we wanted to at various times. Calvin Shropshire is one of the best realtors in this region. He knows the intricate details of the real estate business and does not hesitate to be extremely honest with his clients, even if they get their feelings hurt in the process. He is a person of high integrity and we could not have sold our home without him.

My husband & I decided to start looking for our first home this past December. We quickly realized that the market was not in our favor as buyers, but Jessica was with us every step of the way. The market was very competitive, especially in our price range, so we would often have to view houses on short notice (houses in our price range were going under contract sometimes in a matter of hours!). Jessica was always willing to show us as many houses we needed - usually without a ton of notice. We went through the process of buying a home once, but we got through inspection and decided to pull out of the deal. Jess didnt even bat an eye - she was right there with us, determined to find us the perfect home. Finally, in early March, she suggested we look at the home we ended up buying. The process could not have gone smoother. We could tell that Jess was genuinely happy and excited for us, and now were so thrilled to say that we are homeowners for the first time! Its been a dream of ours for years, and with Jessicas help, we made our dream a reality! We cannot recommend her enough. She made it her mission to find the perfect home for us & our two kids, and she came through!
