I had the pleasure of working with Bob Sweeney on both sides of a complex real estate transaction. We were selling one home and buying another. We closed on both homes the same day. The sale of my home was a contingency for the purchase of our new home. Bob managed all the critical dates for both transactions and, working closely with sellers and buyers, obtained extensions as needed. He was a wealth of information, guiding us through the process. Bob was available 7 x 24 for pictures, showings, open houses, advice, inspections, completing paperwork, etc. He is patient, easy to work with, and his negotiating skills are second to none. Bob uses software with digital signature capability on any device, which is highly efficient.
