Starting out investing in multifamily properties has been a laborious task for my wife and I in this difficult and escalating RI housing market. In recent times we have quickly learned the most difficult aspect is finding the deals to purchase. While we both still have full time jobs, finding the time to research the market and hunt down properties to purchase has been a daunting task. When we started, we reached out to a few agents we had know from the past when we purchased our own home. However, it soon was clear to us that not all agents share the same motivation as we do or understand the nuances of analyzing and researching investment properties. When we started working with Bob, it was night/day difference in his knowledge of the markets and the specialized level of service we received. Bob was like having an employee at our side to take care of all the tedious and difficult tasks. After a few months working with Bob, he found us our first investment property deal that is now making us a nice profit. Bob represented us flawlessly through the purchase process, which encountered some issues along the way that came close to jeopardizing the deal. Bob sprang to action and saved the deal for us. We could not be happier and more appreciative to have him on our team. We look forward to buying many more properties with Bob at our helm.
