We met with several Realtors before meeting with Kathryn, who came highly recommended. Within 5 minutes we knew she was the most qualified realtor to help our family. Kathryn helped us find and purchase our first home. When we decided to sell our home we knew we wanted to work with her again. She was extremely flexible when we needed to view a home and never made us feel like we were a burden. Because she knows the area well she was able to answer all of our questions and concerns about location and neighborhoods. During our first purchase and sale she knew we would have many questions and was always available to answer them. She also was very diligent in telling us what to expect. She learned quickly what our wants and needs were and always made sure to share homes we would be interested in. When she knew we probably wouldnt be interested in a home she still took the time to let us see it. Kathryn always acted in our best interest and gave us the most sound advice.
