Tarema is an absolute gem! We are so so so lucky to have had her as our buyer's agent for our home purchase. We just closed on New Years Eve! We were matched with her via my job's relocation service as out of state buyers. On our first call together I drilled her with every question I could think of to make sure we were getting to work with someone great and she was patient, honest, and detailed in every response. She asked us about our wants and set us up with MLS to start seeing what was out there from our homes in FL. We flew to Colorado Springs in October and finally met her in person. We were immediately impressed with the presentation she had of showings for us and how she dedicated all her time to us for the few days we were able to be there to look at homes. She was real with us about the market and always willing to ask questions and move quickly on any homes we were interested in. Due to what the market is, we werent able to find a home during our visit; not because of anything Tarema did but because we were up against several offers over asking every time and we werent willing to go outside our budget or compromise on our must haves. Tarema was patient with us, always! Always a call or text away and always setting up showings and doing them virtually for us until we found the right one. She invested months of time into helping us find a home and I never felt anything but a willingness to help and sympathy for our situation trying to buy a home, from out of state, in a sellers market like the world has never seen. When we finally found the home for us Tarema went to bat for us in every way. Like seriously... for things we hadnt even thought of, or as first time home buyers who had lost quite a few offers, we were maybe a little afraid to ask for. I always felt she was looking out for us and cared about making sure we werent taken advantage of. When it came to negotiating on price, on the inspection, when it came to referrals for services we needed, literally everything. I truly cant say enough great things about her!When we were ready to walk away from our dream of owning our first home and moving to Colorado Springs because we didnt think we could be competitive enough she kept us motivated and was constantly looking at new avenues we could try and going above and beyond to help us find a home. I truly feel so grateful for everything she and her team did to help us find our home. Thank you T! You are the best and I know you will continue to help people make their dreams come true!
