Mike and his team exceeded everything my wife and I could have hoped for in the sale of our house. We were very nervous about listing the house because the process of selling is so stressful. Fortunately we contacted Mike. Mike has 29 years professional experience in the Colorado Springs market. He has a level of professionalism, eye for detail, and resources at his disposal that truly set him apart from his peers. He assessed our property, made recommendations on how to approach the sale, and guided us through every step of the process. His efforts resulted in multiple offers received including 2 over asking price within 24 hours of going on the market. As we proceeded to our closing date Mike's experience and professionalism saved our house sale. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as our agent by helping the buyer resolve their VA appraiser's concerns while preserving the contract value of the sale. Had Mike not put in this level of effort, we would have lost the contract due to a VA appraiser's assessment of the property and would have had to go back on the market. Instead, we closed today with the full contract value intact. We cannot recommend Mike enough and will work with him for any real estate business we have in the future.
