I have now purchased two homes and sold one with Autumn by my side and I cant say enough! Shes very knowledgeable about the market, homes, and the city and very thorough when she walks through a home. No detail is ignored. Shes exceptionally invested in your best interest and her awesome, vibrant, personality plus expertise makes negotiation a breeze. She will give you realistic expectations but will also make deals happen you wouldnt think would ever be on the table. Even when surprises came our way on the buying and selling side, she got in her problem solving mindset and JUST GOT THINGS DONE. Shes not afraid to put in some work with you. My last purchase, the seller ended up trashing the house right before I moved in and she was there within a couple hours on her hands and knees with me cleaning. She has many connections in the area that can save you money if problems do arise or work needs to be done to the home. Renovations anyone?
