I am that guy that reads reviews and is skeptical of most of them and weighs the pros and cons over and over again. That being said.....In the beginning I was skeptical of Jenell, I thought there is no way he can legitimately have this many good reviews; however I was was pleasantly proved wrong. I did my homework, I took home-ownership classes, I took a 5 week Long and Foster Realtor class, I had personal friends who are realtors on speed dial to cross check every move we made...NOT once did Jenell pull the wool over my eyes or steer me wrong. Long story short I put Jenell through the ringer and he proved himself to be better than the reviews. Jenell's process makes this house hunting process, known to be a tough process, easy. Jenell does not have every answer but he has most of them and the ones he does't have the answer to he will find the answer. Jenell is definitely one of the best.

To Whom it May Concern:My wife, children and I made a painstaking decision to move from the Baltimore County area to New York. We were prepared to have a rather troublesome time selling our town home given the market, the time when we bought, and the actual costs that the town homes in the immediate neighborhood were selling. This expectation was far from our experience with Jenell Forman. I had a limited but existent history with Jenell. For "fun" I was looking at properties in the Baltimore area less than a year from our move knowing that a move out of MD was evident. Jenell knew this but in his extremely friendly and gregarious manner, he showed me multiple properties, multiple times. He was awesome; extremely knowledgeable and completely easy to "walk through" with. So...when we finally decided to sell our place and leave the great state of MD we needed a realtor. My wife wanted to interview a few companies. We met with two that told us to rent within 10 minutes of our meeting. Jenell came in and told us he would get us "top dollar" for our place. It was tough to accept that "sell" at first, but given his detailed presentation of the surrounding properties, we decided to stick with him. Like he stated, while most homes were going for the high 190s and low 200s, he "suggested" the high 250s. Of course, that was amazing to us since we originally payed in the low 300s. Regardless, it was great to hear such a high offer given our previous realtors and the going rate in our area. Well....long story long...our place actually was under contract after 8 days! AND we got more than what we were asking (not much...but whatever)! It was a rather surreal experience!It is worth noting that Jenell was amazing throughout the selling process. Once the house was on the market, he either stopped by or called daily. He was very knowledgeable and even helped with some of our repairs. He gave great advice as well. There is a chance that we may make it back to the Baltimore area in the future and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be calling Jenell Forman when we return!

Jenell provided us with some of the best customer service that we have ever received. He is extremely resourceful and very efficient. He responded to our inquiries immediately and resolved numerous issues that we experienced in a highly professional manner. One resolution included breaking one contract due to poor craftsmanship on the repairs identified from the home inspection. He was tactful in his approach and made the process of finding a second home to place under contract a less stressful experience. Jenell also connected us with the best mortgage consultant that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have purchased several homes over the years and Jenell by far ranks as the best agent that I have had the honor to work with.
