How to describe a woman you are about to trust to help find you a new home while you are 1500 miles away. Please allow me to share our story.We decided to move to Tallahassee from the Boston area. We wanted to be near our daughters and grandsons. While in Boston working with an amazing realtor we asked her to help us find a clone of herself in Tallahassee. She promised to go on Zillow and vet some realtors in the Tally area. True to her word she found her. Stacie Spears.We were on a specific timetable, trying to close in Ma and beat the winter market slowdown in Tally. We reached out to Stacie and she took the ball and ran with it. We sent her our wish list and she stayed in touch with us. She went and looked at homes on her own for us and she met one of our daughters after hours a few times to check out and face time a few for us. We were impressed with her professionalism, dedication and her approach. She listens and does not push. We arrived in Tallahassee and checked into and extended stay hotel on a Sunday. We met Stacie Monday morning at 9. She had 6 homes for us to look at. She saved the very best for last. She never said anything to us about it. She had seen it and somehow she knew it would be the one. She was spot on. The house was gorgeous. We bought it immediately and moved in on Halloween. It is now the day after Thanksgiving and we are 98% settled. We spent Thanksgiving with out family yesterday and it is wonderful to not have to worry about catching a plane and leaving them anymore. Stacie exceeded our timeline. She was amazing. A few fun facts about Stacie. Very personable, she drives the process while allowing you to lead the way, extremely knowledgeable and if she does not have the answer to a question she gets right back to you. Imagine moving from Ma to Fl. Boy, did we have questions. She always made herself available to us. Such dedication.And if you 'need a guy' call Stacie. She has one for everything, contractors, landscapers, furniture sales, appliance repairs, plumbers, electricians etc. etc.We would highly recommend Stacie. As buyers we put our future in her hands and she proved to be up to the task. I see myself staying in touch with her for a very long time. Thank you Stacie.

We spoke to several realtors before moving to Tallahassee, but Sherrie blew us away. She was professional and knowledgeable, and she went out of her way to help us even before we were officially looking for a house to buy. After our first conversation, we knew that she was the realtor we wanted to work with. It took us a while to find out house, but Sherrie was patient and helpful as we got a lay of the land. When we found our house, she was a great sounding board on the pros and cons. She helped point us in the right direction of things to watch out for. Then, she helped us structure our offer in a way that would beat two competing offers on the same house. She has since put us in touch with a wide range of professionals and services in tallahassee, all of which has been extremely helpful. We highly recommend Sherrie.
