We first contacted Stacie in August of 2015, before we knew for sure if we were going to relocate to Tallahassee. My husband met with Stacie on one of his trips and gave her a list of aEURoemust havesaEUR? and potential areas. She immediately set us up on an MLS mailing to send us potential properties in our target areas. She even arranged to show my husband properties on one of his trips. This was all before we were 100% sure we were relocating. Stacie never pressured us and was always extremely helpful. Fast forward 6 months and we relocated, all the while she remained in touch. Our time constraints did not allow us to buy right away, but Stacie was extremely helpful in hooking us up with someone in her office for short term rentals. She always remained in contact with us and continually revised our list of aEURoemust havesaEUR? and target areas. We went out with Stacie on a marathon day of home searching (at our request because we happened to be child free for a day) and found the perfect home for us. She arranged for us to see the home the next day and helped us fashion an offer. Stacie was so helpful with this home buying process and made it so easy for us. She attended every inspection, helped us find contractors and answered any and all of our questions. She helped turn what could have been an extremely stressful situation into a perfect home buying experience. While we hope to never move again, if we do, we will for sure use Stacie Spears.
