My wife and I were seeking a condominium in Bellingham and saw Gordon Neufeld's name in one of the listings we were looking at. We called him and literally in five minutes he had spoken to us and set up an account for us to see online property listings in our price range. We were impressed with his punctuality, friendliness and professionalism. We came up to Bellingham from our home in Portland. Gordon spent two days taking us to places we were interested in and we settled on one. He prepared the paperwork and was with us every step of the way to a successful closing. We could call him at any time of the day and he either answered or returned our calls within 30 minutes. He helped us through every step of the transactions and we would recommend him above anyone else. We have purchased homes in the past but never have we had such a conscientious agent or a nicer one. Cannot give him a high enough recommendation.

I have only the highest praise for Gordon. We flew in from another state to look at properties. Gordon opened his schedule for us and not only showed us the houses we were interested in but also gave us a much appreciated introduction to specific cities, towns and neighborhoods, including what each place had to offer. After doing some self exploration, we found a house that is quite some distance from where Gordon typically operates. Again, he was very accommodating and set aside time to meet us at the property. He shared useful information and anything we/he had questions about, he either contacted the sellers agent or researched the questions himself. This proved to be extremely helpful. As to Gordons personality, he is very easy to speak with and he is a great listener. He intuitively knows when to relax and when to act aggressively polite in order to help secure the perfect home. With respect to the perfect home, Gordons advice was paramount. He was quick to understand what the sellers were looking for in a buyer and he guided us accordingly. Since we found this home at the last minute and when the offer deadline was due to close, Gordon was expeditious. He appeared to drop everything he was doing in his personal life and made us his number one priority. Thanks to his hard work and guidance, weaEUR|.(drum roll please)aEUR|got the house we wanted! And even though there were multiple bids, Gordons suggestions paid dividends. Thus, if you are looking for a home/property, Gordon will best represent you.
