I Can not say enough about Kerry. From the beginning I knew I made the right decision choosing her. Kerry understood my situation, living out of state, single dad, doing this during my busy season at work, and just not knowing what to do with all that going on. Kerry made this process so easy for me, she would show my son and I houses at any time of day and on all 7 days of the week. You can tell that she has a passion for what she does and that she truly cares about her clients. If I had any questions she was Johnny on the spot and was extremely knowledgeable and was always prepared. One of my favorite things about Kerry is how she interacted with my son, she made sure that he was included in the process and made him feel like an equal decision maker. From start to finish Kerry is a Rockstar and I will recommend to everyone. I also want to give a shout out to her son Brody. Brody is solid and is a big part of the TEAM.

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked up to the front door, Brody welcomed us with a friendly smile. He was extremely polite throughout the entire viewing and he didn't pressure us to look at anything. We were also allowed to look at the house at our own pace, which was fairly nice. When we met back up with Brody, he informed us of some locations of things that would be convenient for us. Some examples would be the dog park up the road from the home and also the high school for when my kids get older. He was fast to answer any questions we had and he knew all the answers without hesitation. Brody seemed to speak with ease and was easily approachable. Overall, Brody knew the information about the house and the surrounding area well and I could see him knowing nearly everything if not all the facts about his other houses as well. I would recommend him no problem! If you're looking for somebody who knows their facts and is a friendly person, Brody is the one for you!
