Well, Mr Moore is a very nice person and he knows his job but he doesnt negotiate with the seller or his agent the way he should. And you have too be after him to see if things are being done and things didnt get done. When I bought my home there were a few things needed to be taken care of and he never worked towards getting things done by the seller and at the end he preferred to pay for one window out of his owned pocket them to negotiate with the seller and he would tell me not to worry that things were going to get done and no they were not done. He preferred to buy the materials and for you to get someone to do the work but I had to pay for the work to be done out of my own pocket. I would not hire him to buy another property. Im sorry but that is the way he works he works for himself not for the buyer.
