Sheena has proven herself to me over and over. I cant recommend her more highly. I came into the real estate market looking to buy my first house, my first agent was only available two days a week and did not fully answer my basic questions as a first time home buyer which left me confused and frustrated, then I met Sheena. She was patient with all of my constant questions, always available when I needed her for a showing or questions, and even worked after hours around my hectic schedule. Sheena understands the balance of professional and personal life and even with her busy schedule, she took the time with me and I never felt rushed. She really spent the time to guide me through buying my first house, and after I finally found I house I loved, she helped strategized with the offer situation to make sure my offer was the most competitive. With Sheena, I really felt like I have a professional on my side helping me make all the right decisions. Let me start by saying I'm not a big reviewer but in this case I would have to highly recommend Sheena to be your next realtor. She is five star worthy all the way. From day one she made it seem like less of a client relationship but more like family or a good friend. Even though I know she is a busy women, she was always accessible whether by phone, email, or txt. All paper work was made simple, easy to understand, and on time. Literally if she said she would send a document, sure enough it would be there right in my email. She was on time for all of our appointments, making us feel like a priority and not just some clients. In all honesty her professionalism made the other realtors we had to deal with seem not up to par. This was a long process but it was a good experience because she never made us feel rushed or like she was bothered. All in all this was a great first time home buying experience thanks to Sheena and would definitely use her again for any future endeavors because no one comes close.
