We have been looking for realtor, since 2019, can find we can trust and will work with us since we are first time home buyer. still praying then we needed to live the rented room we have here in Williamsburg, end of February, almost there we found a cute house in nelson then we meet Lisa, she is very helpful meeting us after work. almost dark already. That place didn't work then we extend our rented room up march considering we are not even computer people. but she patiently show is what to do she is very knowledgeable in the market. then introduce us to tidewater they also help us with the paper. she is expertise in processing and help us in printing the requirement paper work. April 2021 was when we first heard that we are moving to VA so I reached out to Luana my beautiful friend for a real estate agent recommendation and sure enough she connected us to Lesa. Lesa is very professional, very transparent and honest. She made sure to talk to us as much as possible and kept the lines of communication open. She got to know us and set up a timeline for looking at houses and she was with us every step of the way. She really worked with us on our specific goal which was to find a house, close on it, and move in as soon as possible. Keep in mind we did this from Japan so just the time difference alone was already challenging. But Lesa worked with us! She even worked right before an operation and after! Shes very hard working and has amazing work ethic! She also went above and beyond so much so that when we got to VA, she not only picked and dropped us off but also lent us some kitchen and bed essentials for the house. I am so thankful that I gained not only a beautiful house but a true friend through all this.
