Tammy and her team have been amazing partners in both buying and selling our home. Specifically her knowledge of her area and the overall housing market helped us to quickly sell our home, which at the time was a rental property for us. She idenfitied that our home was ideal for many buyers who did not have much to choose from and suggested we list with her. While maintaining our tenant she got the house listed, shown over 2 dozen times, and recieved 2 offers (including one over asking) within 1 week of the home being on the market. The rest of the process went flawlessly, with Tammy and her team working hard to keep us informed of all of the sale details. Even though we were out of state the entire time she made us feel confortable by keeping us ahead of paperwork deadlines, inspections, etc. I recommend her highly for anyone looking for a communicative, personable, knowledgeable broker or agent.
