We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Billy Jalbert. He answered our random inquiry on Zillow and right away it was clear he knew Maui very well. Not only did he know the property that we were interested in, he knew the owner, the listing agent as well the history of the place. It's very easy to take advantage of people who land on Maui and fall in love (as we did) and start dreaming about buying a house without any real knowledge of the place. Lesser agents might have seen us as an easy quick buck to be made. Not so with Billy. We explained our desires - some of which looking back were naive - and he used all this knowledge of Maui to steer us in the right direction. He showed us everything we expressed an interest in - tirelessly and cheerfully - and with each place gave us incredible insight and historical knowledge. In the end, we bid on a house that we only saw online because Billy visited and did a very through video tour for us. Thank you Billy for helping us to find our Dream Home.

We LOVE Tina!!! Tina was a mentor, an advisor, an advocate...She stayed the course with us through a truly challenging real estate search, and in the end we can say we found our dream condo ONLY because we were working with Tina. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, and skilled - truly a delight to work with. We initially put in our offer AT THE AIRPORT as we were headed home, after a whirlwind week of house-hunting. Buying a property long distance could be a nightmare, but not with Tina. She was always there for us - no matter what or when, we knew we could count on her for updates on our process and help resolving problems. Even after our sale was complete, she stayed in touch, helping us monitor an extremely challenging renovation (which concluded successfully in no small part due to her efforts). If we could buy another place on Maui, we would choose no one but Tina to help us. And if we ever need to sell, she'll be the one we list with. We consider Tina not just a great real estate agent, but also really, our friend. She is the best!!!!
