What an amazing experience!This summer we decided to sell our home and leave Maui so we needed to have a quick and easy sale in order to make our timeline. Wow did we make a great decision when we chose Billy Jalbert at The Maui Real Estate Team! From the moment we met with him we knew we had made the right choice. Not only is Billy kind and caring, he is amazing at selling houses. He gave us advice on what upgrades to make, got professional photos and videos taken, was present at every showing, and even helped me bake cookies for our open house when I was running late. With his expert guidance, we were in escrow with a full price offer from a pre-approved buyer, within 2 weeks! The whole transaction was swift and smooth with him helping us through every detail. And the part that makes me want to thank him the most is that we were set to leave Maui the morning of our closing and on the final walk through one of our air conditioning units suddenly wasn't working. I was at the airport boarding my flight when I got the call and didn't know what to do. Billy came to the rescue, calling the A/C company, having his lovely wife rush to meet them at the house, and figuring it all out for us so that we could close on time!
