Lindsay sold my home in South Weymouth in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic when times couldn't have been more uncertain. The inability to offer open houses, coupled with the lack of inventory on the market to do comps, might have made this task challenging for other realtors- but not for Lindsay. Lindsay rose to the occasion with optimism and professionalism. She devised a strategy for when best to list, and ended up booking back-to-back showings that were socially distanced and followed all local COVID guidelines. The long and short of it is that Lindsay sold the house in a matter of a business day. The house was shown a few times on one evening, and then again on one weekend morning and that's all that needed to be done. She asked for offers by a Monday morning and we ended up accepting an offer $15K above the asking price (which was already aspirational for me to begin with!). Lindsay operates wit the best in class. The photographer she partners with creates masterful listing photos. Her preferring closing attorney was down to earth and patient walking me through the process as a first time home seller. Lindsay also struck a rapport with those who were to buy my house- she even set up an opportunity for them to purchase many pieces of my furniture which was a real win as I was moving across the country. Lindsay was present for every single step of the process. The open houses, the photographer, the home inspection, the appraisal, and for moral support. Lindsay is the best. WIth a marketing background, a friendly and upbeat attitude, and an impeccable work ethic, she is assuredly the one you want representing you during this process!
