John has proven to be VERY knowledgeable and supportive in my "ordeal" to sell my late Mother's estate. I received numerous phone calls and emails with continuous updates and always with encouragement and optimism. Weekly reports from a variety of advertising agencies across the country demonstrated how much information had been put out to attract as many buyers as possible. John even shoveled out my Mom's home after a huge blizzard. Being 2 hours away from Mom's property made it difficult for us to be there on a moment's notice. John took care of EVERYTHING and has made a huge impression on us. We tried other realtors for 6 months with less attention in that entire span than John gave in a week!! I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet and work with John. He has obtained a deposit on the property and is continuing the process with determination and speed. In the past 40 years we have moved 8 times and sold 4 houses. NO-ONE has been so professional, courteous, understanding, and helpful as John!
