Karen sold my home originally, helping me every step of the way. She prepared a thorough competitive market comparison; advised me professionally how to best sell and stage my home; and helped me with any additional services such as connecting me people to help with furniture selling and home improvements. She and her team prepared on-line and print advertising that allowed me to sell my home in three days - above my asking price! Karen was there before the settlement process, making sure the inspections and many duties before settlement were done quickly and professionally. During this whole process, Karen was kind and compassionate as well as being professional. Although selling a home can be stressful, I felt I had her and her team's support in every way. I also just bought a home with Karen and her team. She works with several other professionals on her team so help is always there even when Karen is with another client or taking a rare day off. I worked with Karen long distance for 6 months to get the new perfect home for me. I was in another state and Karen sent me listings daily and met with me twice for several days, after I had scheduled trips back into this area. She was patient and thorough and helped me to satisfy all of my needs in a new home. Again, after my contract was submitted, Karen followed up with everything and made my life so much easier. I was in the business world for 30 years and have rarely met a professional with the ability to handle the big picture and all of the details.
