My husband and I recently downsized from a large rancher built in 1958 to an apartment. We had planned on the move for about a year. We wanted to move in the Spring 2020. We began working with Karen in the summer of 2019. From the first meeting with Karen, we were impressed with her professionalism and her realistic appraisal on what we needed to do to improve our house for sale. For example, the roof was about 25 years old and the interior had not been painted for 20 years. We also had interior repair work that needed completed. Based on her recommendations, we were able to complete these services quickly and for a reasonable price. She also gave us suggestions for rug cleaning, window washing and moving services. All this made our transition so much easier. Since we had moved most of our furniture, we depended on Karen's assistance for staging our house for the most efficient sale. Our house went on the Market February 7, 2020 and our final settlement was March 6. I am sure Karen's expert advise and assistance throughout this time was major factor in the quick sale of our house.
