David helped my partner and I purchase our first home (a condo). Being a first time home buyer, the whole idea and process was very overwhelming at first, but David made it easy for us and took care of everything, including connecting us with a great lender. We decided to buy the condo on the Friday is went on the market and over the weekend the seller received multiple offers because it was in a highly desirable building in San Diego. We had the place on Tuesday! When we outgrew the condo David helped us strategize on how to use the equity we'd built to buy our next place--what sell for, what to look for. His marketing team is amazing and they had the place on the market within a few days of us confirming we wanted to sell. David made the sale of our place just as easy as the purchase. Finding a new place was not easy. We were looking around the holidays, inventory was low. We found a lot of places we liked, but David felt most were overpriced based on comps and other considerations. His background not only in realty but contracting gives him an edge when it comes to eye-balling the value of homes. We became picky, high-maintenance clients I think, but David was awesome...always making sure we were reviewing the latest inventory and getting us in to view places quickly whenever we found something that looked good. We eventually found THE perfect place for us and left everything up to David at that point. He's very active throughout the purchase process, keeping us up to date, visiting the property himself to oversee inspections and pushing on the seller to get the best deal.We refer everyone who needs a realtor in San Diego to David. His experience and his support team are unbeatable.
