David's team was outstanding in every aspect as our Buyer's Agent for our relocation to San Diego. Their expertise, patience, diligence and kindness made it actually FUN to do a real estate deal. Dana Pistilli worked with us for almost a year to find the ideal property, exhibiting excellent listening skills and learning our quirks to refine the search. He often previewed properties on our behalf since we were out of towners, and we trusted him as an extension of our family. He never tired or pushed us toward a property, and responded throughout the entire time as if we were a new client. We used Dana Pistlli to buy our home in Escondido, CA and he was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the relationships they make into finding the best match property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they communicate. The Kindred Realty Group stood out as the best San Diego has to offer: their rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and we could tell they put a lot of work into building relationships.We spoke with Dana and then met with him at our home. He spent significant time answering our questions, providing data about his process and methodology, and gathering details about what our preferences and priorities in selecting the perfect home. Dana made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like establishing a private site for us to view homes that met our criteria; we had over 30 homes to view online with hours of our meeting with Dana.His hard work and knowledge of what we were looking for in our dream home really paid off. We were able narrow down the homes we were most interested in viewing aEUR" drove the neighborhoods aEUR" and we quickly knew which home we wanted to walk through. Dana immediately arranged for us to see the home and he was able to submit our offer that evening.Our offer was accepted and Dana (and Jerilyn, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process.
