My wife and I had a great experience with John Cooke as we used him as our listing agent to sell our house. He exhibited and exceeded every trait we were looking for in a listing agent. John was extremely responsive in addressing any issues and/or concerns we had that are typical or not typical in selling a house. He had an exceptional work ethic and a positive outlook throughout the whole process, which was reassuring as my wife and I were moving out of state. We originally were trying to sell our house For Sale by Owner (FSBO) but realized this was going to be a challenge and decided to go with an agent. I was totally unimpressed with the agents that reached out to us or we reached out to prior to using John. They lacked qualities that we felt were essential for an agent to sell a house. John completely stood out from the rest and it was proven early on. We had a great level of confidence in working with John as he was a great listener, knowledgeable, honest, knew and remembered very important facts about our house, and overall had a great demeanor about him. John and The Keyes Company had an awesome marketing strategy in selling our house. If anyone is interested in buying or selling a house and looking for a great agent, John Cooke is the guy to see. Using John as our listing agent was a great decision we made, and we are very grateful for his excellent work in selling our house.
