Jonathan did a fantastic job helping me sell my home quickly and at the price I wanted. The house was under contract within 10 days of listing, and closed 30 days after that! Unlike other Hollywood realtors, Jonathan is true local expert who takes the time to regularly walk around the neighborhood and get to know the people who live there. He is an expert in the nuances of local real estate practices and procedures and has a wealth of valuable contacts in the local professional and tradesman community. Jonathan is super responsive to his clients' needs either by personal visit, phone call, text or email. He is highly skilled at helping negotiate with broker/agents representing interested buyers. I have bought and sold nearly a dozen properties over the years and can honestly say that Jonathan was the best realtor that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He began by giving clear and strategic advice in how to prepare and price the property. Assisted in the preparation to provide for the best results in showing the property. He gave advice on which offers seemed like a waste of our time with no clear and positive end result and which offers were most worth considering with the best likelihood for a successful and timely closing. He took us all the way through closing and unlike other realtors, he didn't disappear once he was paid for his efforts. He made sure that we had copies of the necessary paperwork needed to shut off utilities and to cancel other services as quickly as possible in order to save us additional funds. Jonathan was there for us before, during and after. In the world of commission salespeople this is an experience that is beyond rare, it is nearly an experience that is unique to working solely with Jonathan.
