I can not say enough positive things about Martin. I know youre supposed to interview several real estate agents before you actually select one (which I did do), but after meeting Marty for the first time, I knew he was THE ONE! He came so well prepared for our initial meeting, he absolutely blew me away. Hell, he knew more about my house than I did...and my family has owned it for almost 50 years. He did his homework checking public records related to previous building permits at my property and he presented me with detailed print outs of other homes similar to mine in Hollywood so that I would have a general idea as to what my house who sell for. All this took place just a week before Christmas. I told Marty it was fine if he wanted to wait until after the New Year to list the property. He told me that the Holiday season was actually a good time to put my house on the market. He was correct! From the first day it was listed (December 26th), the offers started coming in. Marty kept me up to date with every single one...and he provided me with expert analysis as to which offers seemed serious vs. garbage. We would frequently talk on the phone or text at 8 or 9 at night...keep in mind this was happening between Christmas and New Years, two of the biggest holidays of the year when most business professionals are on vacation. In the end, my home sold within two weeks at a price I was extremely happy with...I already told Marty I want to work with him again as I begin my search for a new property in Broward County.
