Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. Right out of the gate, Chris gave suggestions and recommendations to better position our house on the market. Needless to say, his expertise was spot on as we had multiple offers on our house within 24 hours of listing and accepted a contract within 48 hours. After accepting of an offer, Chris constantly kept us updated throughout the process of getting to close. My husband and I met Kam on the street while driving by an open house and after a quick discussion we made him our buyer's agent and later purchased our first house with his help! Kam was great throughout the process and especially with the extra COVID-19 concerns, our many questions, and with the tight market conditions during these times.Kam was also very easy-going and patient and provided us with good ideas on where to look and gave us great listings. We ended up purchasing one of the houses that Kam sent to us! We ended up getting a house that had a lot of interested prospective buyers (and that we thought we would be outbid) but, by writing a creative offer with Kam, we came out ahead and got our first house!
