Chris was an exceptional partner and advocate in our home search. He listened to my needs (and they were unique and many) without judgement and gave me advice to address my requirements. He was very professional, extremely patient and very knowledgeable. He was also very flexible as my needs aEURoeevolvedaEUR? and these are not all traits you find in one person. I cant over emphasize the patience he displayed even when I was tired of the process, and always felt that Chris had my best interest and my Ultimate satisfaction foremost in mind. He wanted me to be happy with my final decision even when I considered compromising on things that were otherwise important to me. I never felt pressured and I always felt important and valued. That said he was very strategic and knowledgeable about how to proceed and I cannot thank him enough. He also taught me a lot as we went through the process. Given that some of our search occurred during a pandemic, with Significantly reduced inventory and rising prices, he helped make an otherwise stressful process manageable and we ended up with our lovely home at a fair price with some instant equity and couldnt be more pleased. My husband and I first got in contact with Kam around 2 years ago when we were looking for information about getting ready to purchase a home. Knowing that we were not ready at the time, Kam still very nicely and professionally worked with us to get the necessary information and getting in touch with the right people to provide us whatever we needed. From our first conversation we knew we wanted to work with him because he was so patient, kind, and explained everything to us so nicely. He continued to keep in touch for the following 2 years until we reached out to him this year to let him know we were ready! We were unsure of how this would work now, since the pandemic had already started, and we were at home, but we spoke to him and he explained how things would work and make us feel comfortable and secure to continue with the process. Whenever we would have questions about anything, no matter how long it took, he was always so nice and friendly when answering. Thankfully we were able to buy our first home in the area we wanted and at the price point we were looking for! This was our first time buying a house and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience and realtor than Kam!
