Chris listed and sold my house in the summer of 2019 and I could not have asked for a better experience. I've bought and sold 5 houses in my life and this was the best experience by far. The two things that really stood out was his proactiveness to make sure the process went smoothly and his knowledge. First, my house needed a few things to get ready to sell. Just the normal paint and fixing of small items. Chris helped me identify the necessary, and more importantly, the unnecessary items that I needed to be addressed. He then coordinated with the contractors to make sure everything was done on time and on budget. I didn't have to do anything to manage the process which was fantastic. Secondly, Chris was very knowledgable about the market and the strategy to price, list and sell my house. He listed the house and within hours we had multiple competing offers on the house. He helped me sift through the offers and understand the pro and cons of each. We accepted the best offer and set a record for sale price in the neighborhood. Obviously, when you are selling or buying a home there are a ton of realtors to choose from. However, if you are in the D.C metro (DMV) don't even bother looking anywhere else.

I met Kam over two years ago when my fiancA(C) and I were first considering buying a home. I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of the real-estate market, and housing finance in general. We decided not to buy at the time. However, Kam kept in touch with me over the years. Chris was an incredible asset during the entire journey of searching for a place to relocate for school. Throughout the process, he stayed on the lookout for properties that fit my criteria, made himself available with flexible scheduling and communication, shared information on key things to look for as we were doing walkthroughs, made sure I knew about special provisions in the state such as the "first time state homebuyer credits", and even found me additional discounts and credits from my lender (whom failed to tell me about their promotions - instant $2K savings!). He was extremely patient with me and encouraging as my requirements evolved in our search; it was blatantly obvious that he ALWAYS had my best interest in mind.
