My boyfriend and I were looking for a townhouse to buy in Northern Virginia. We were first time home buyers and our opinions of what should be included in our first home could not have been more different. Kam encouraged my boyfriend and I to write a list of the wants and needs in our future home and to take the list with us to showings and open houses. Looking at multiple houses a week can be exhausting and overwhelming but the list keeps you focused on the things you have to have and the things you can do without. Before we started looking at houses, Kam took the time to explain the entire home buying process (in simple terms) and the specifics of our loan offers. We had close to a hundred questions for Kam during our first meeting and he took the time to answer every one of them. My boyfriend and I had a short amount of time to find a home (because our apartment lease was almost up) and Kam always made himself available in person and via telephone. Within a month, we found the home we wanted and Kam immediately started fighting to get it for us (another person offered cash for the house). At this point in the home buying process, everything moves FAST. Kam was on top of everything and even worked late hours to make sure paperwork was finished and sent to the sellers realtor.Though buying a house, especially for the first time, is extremely stressful, Kams knowledge, patience and easygoing personality made the process a lot more enjoyable.

Chris listed and sold my house in the summer of 2019 and I could not have asked for a better experience. I've bought and sold 5 houses in my life and this was the best experience by far. The two things that really stood out was his proactiveness to make sure the process went smoothly and his knowledge. First, my house needed a few things to get ready to sell. Just the normal paint and fixing of small items. Chris helped me identify the necessary, and more importantly, the unnecessary items that I needed to be addressed. He then coordinated with the contractors to make sure everything was done on time and on budget. I didn't have to do anything to manage the process which was fantastic. Secondly, Chris was very knowledgable about the market and the strategy to price, list and sell my house. He listed the house and within hours we had multiple competing offers on the house. He helped me sift through the offers and understand the pro and cons of each. We accepted the best offer and set a record for sale price in the neighborhood. Obviously, when you are selling or buying a home there are a ton of realtors to choose from. However, if you are in the D.C metro (DMV) don't even bother looking anywhere else.
