I worked with the Joseph Trifilo team member Margaret Nerber. While my main point of contact was Margaret Nerber I could tell that she had the power of their Trifilo team behind her. It was great to work with such a dedicated real estate agent as Margaret and I enjoyed the personal service I received on the daily. I'm sure that Miss Nerber was asked the same questions over and over by other clients but knowing this was new to me she was taking care of me and was never annoyed or discouraged over the many times I contacted her. My questions were always answered in a timely and professional manner. If I didnt understand what was happening or what the process was it was explained to me in laymanaEUR~s terms so I could wrap my head around it and move forward. I viewed many homes that were suggested to me online and went to many open houses private showings and personal tours with Margaret. Each time we met we got closer and closer and closer to my dream home. Although I thought many of them were my dream home when I finally settled on the home that I'm moving into next week I realize that above all this is the right home for me. I remember when I first met with Joseph and Margaret and they told me it wasnt about finding me a house quicker or find me the right price it was about finding me my house and thats what they did. I'm happy to say they would highly recommend using Margaret Nerber and the Joseph Trifilo team. Can I give 10 stars? ????????????????????
