He kept us updated with clear communication, negotiated hard for us to get the best deal possible and made sure that we were making informed decisions every step of the way. First time home buyer or seasoned buying and selling vet-- I would recommend Joe without a doubt. He will keep you at ease through the process and solve any little problem that comes up along the way. Joe was extremely straight forward and honest with us from the jump. He responded to my first inquiry, which just so happened to be after midnight the same day Billy Joel was at Fenway, within minutes.Joe strives to get to know you on a personal level so he can pinpoint what you may possibly like in a house, and get rid of the houses you won t bother to think of again.We had the opportunity to have Joe as both our Buyer and Seller s agent. While buying a house can be extremely stressful, Joe made sure to give his honest opinion on every place we looked at. With his help, we found the house we will raise a family and live in for many years to come.Where Joe shined in the buying process, he was 1999 Pedro Martinez when it came to selling. We put our house up on a Thursday and accepted an offer WAY above asking by Sunday evening. That was all thanks to Joe s confidence and ability to not only market the house, but also to show amazing hospitality and warmth to the people visiting the open house.We couldn t have been more happy than having Joe as our realtor, as we are now in the home of our dreams!

When first meeting with realtors, Joe stood out from the pack out the gate. He made it obvious to us that he had a thorough understanding of the home buying process and the area in which we were looking (South Shore). One of the main things that made a difference to us was that Joe prioritized teaching us about real estate and allowing us to make well-informed decisions. He was also willing to work for our business by showing us a house as part of our decision making process for choosing a realtor. Joe gave us detailed information on the surrounding area for each house we saw. He also walked us around each property and pointed out things that stuck out to him as well as answering the many questions we threw at him. He was honest with his answers and never pushy. Each text, email, call, and MLS request was promptly responded to at all hours which was always much appreciated. Joe was also instrumental in us having our offer accepted for our home. The seller told us specifically that had we not offered the amount we did, we likely would have lost the house. We have Joes advice to thank for putting in the winning bid. He was with every step of the way from first showing to the closing table. Likewise, his referrals for things like inspectors and lawyers were excellent. He even helped wrangle our parents during the home inspection to help us stay focused! Overall we cant recommend Joe enough for his advice, knowledge, responsiveness, and negotiation skills.
