We worked with Joe when we purchased our home and were so impressed with his knowledge and skill, that we didn't even consider anyone else when it came time to sell our home. We worked with both Carla and Joe for the home sale and were even more impressed with them together as a team. From the beginning Team Atwal gave us sound ideas and advice that we incorporated with our own vision for putting our home on the market. Everything was spot on and we had a buyer within a few days. Team Atwal did such a good job with the market research and pricing that we did not have to go through a lot of negotiating, yet the sale still set a record high for the neighborhood. We couldn't have done this without Joe and Carla. We thought this would be our "forever home", so selling it to move across the country was emotionally tough. This was also my first time selling a home. Joe and Carla were very understanding; they offered sound advice and guidance and were patient in walking me through the steps. I always felt informed and in control. If we ever move back to the Dallas area, we will, without reservation, engage Team Atwal for a home purchase.

Carla Atwal as a realtor is among the best in her profession.She took great interest in my search for a property. Properties that met the many difficult criteria I had requested was presented to me the same day on which she accepted the huge challenge of not only finding candidate Properties, but the short time frame that I had. She was not only able to overcome the difficulties of my requested criteria. She produced Properties in multiple cities within the restraints of distance from my employment. I was able to comprise information on each property from which she produced that I created a list of homes to view. She scheduled for showings on 4 Properties the next day. Only after keeping constant communication with me and having knowledge of my chaotic schedule. She made appointments to see all the same day. She even went to showing on a property that I had interests and restricted times to view I was unable to make. Joe and Carla have been just awesome in my home search in the Dallas Metro. Carla was brilliant in coming up with schedules, meetings and appointment that allowed me to see 6-8 homes a day during my search, this was extremely important as I was able to commit less than 6 full days to see all the homes that I wanted to see. Joe accompanied me on all of the showings, explained pros/cons about every home, every area, school district. Their combined knowledge of the DFW area is fantastic. Joe also guided me through the negotiations and more than anything when the closing got bit complicated due to last minute challenges with the mortgage company, even though that was not his job Joe spent lot of time talking with builder, lender and the title company to ensure that the closing does not get delayed. The icing on cake was even though it was not required both Joe and Carla came to the Title company for the closing and spent entire 2-3 hours of signing and explained every topic in detail as and when I requested their help. I'm glad that both Joe and Carla have become good friends in a matter of couple of weeks of knowing them. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for home in the DFW area. .
