From the first day Glenda and Lonnie sat down in our home to the day of closing (and beyond) working with them was an absolute stress-free pleasure. Our house sold very quickly. We were in Germany at the time and I never worried for one second. Glenda and Lonnie took care of every detail from offer to acceptance. I had total peace of mind from 4300 miles away! I knew that they were working on my behalf and I never had a single worry. Thats certainly an amazing feeling. I cant begin to describe how seamless the whole experience was. While we were gone (6 weeks) someone from The Kelly Team checked on our house weekly and let me know that everything was fine. You just cant put a price on what it meant to be that far away and have total confidence in the team here at home. No surprises from listing to closing. We are buying a home in Charlotte and I would do ANYTHING to work with them again. I couldnt be more comfortable recommending Glenda and Lonnie. They feel like my family now. If I could give them more stars I would. Do yourself a favor and work with them and the whole Joan Kelly team. You will be absolutely amazed how easy it is to list and sell your home. This review might sound a little over the top but they really are super people to work with.
