To say Melisa Anderson with the JFKLiving Team Is AMAZING would be an understatement. Mel recently helped us purchase a home in Cherry Hill NJ and we could not have asked for a better realtor! My husband and I began our housing search in the midst of the COVID real estate craze, needless to say it was a journey. Who would have thought a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath single family home would be so hard to come by? But we set out to accomplish the impossible! We put in a total of 11 offers. It was the final 12th bid that solidified our dreams of becoming home owners. I do not think we could have made it through this ordeal without the assistance of our realtor, Melisa Anderson with the JFKLiving Team. Knowing this market would be tough, Mel used her years of experience and skillset to make sure we were making the best investment. At times the home buying process was stressful, but Mel was there for every house viewing, email, phone call, and text. She was incredibly knowledgeable about any questions from HVAC systems, to plumbing, and even roofing. We cannot thank Mel enough for all her help and dedication, we would highly recommend Mel to any potential home buyer!
