If you are in the market for a new home and are still considering which real estate firm to use, you can stop looking. The Icon Team is the answer. I recently used The Icon Team to both purchase a new home in The Woodlands and sell my existing home in The Heights area of Houston and could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism from everyone involved. For the purchase of our new home, we used Taylor Brickhouse as our relator, and she did a phenomenal job! She listened carefully to our top priorities for a new home, curated specific listings that matched our needs and provided invaluable knowledge of both The Woodlands market and the macro real estate market. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate Taylor and Nicole Roberts knocked it out of the park. They worked efficiently behind the scenes to ensure we submitted a competitive offer under our budget and then negotiated further through the inspection period! Trust me, this was not an easy negotiation and based on my entire experience up to this point I had the upmost confidence that Taylor and Nicole would work diligently to extract as much value as they could for me. The result completely exceeded my expectations, and it was a direct result of the efforts put in by Taylor and Nicole. They delivered big time. The sale of my house in The Heights area of Houston went just as smoothly as the purchase of my new home. Scott Laird and Hailey Fitzgerald handled the sale of my house flawlessly. From my first introductory meeting with Scott to the final steps of closing on my house sale, the entire process took less than 2 months. They handled everything. This included providing staging experts, professional photography, high quality contractors and seamless listing and showing services. I was unbelievably impressed. Scott truly is an industry expert and kept me engaged through the process. On multiple occasions Scott provided me real-time updates about other homes near mine which allowed us to pivot our strategy and quickly take advantage of recent developments. Hailey went above and beyond to handle everything needed to finalize the transaction of the sale including interfacing with all parties involved. Most importantly, she curated and vetted the offers submitted on my home and all of them (multiple!) exceeded my expectations. The entire team of Taylor, Nicole, Scott, and Hailey took the time to establish trust and truly understand my budget, needs and timeline. This was easily the best experience I have had when it comes to real estate, and I could not thank all four of them enough! The only reason this is 5 stars is because 10 stars isn't an option.

**If youre struggling to find the perfect realtor, look no further.**There are tons of realtors out there, trust me. Everyone knows someone who is a realtor. Though who is actually going to do the real work, what it takes and who will gain your full trust. Look no further, the Icon Team is your permanent stop. They sold my home basically before it even hit the market and lets not forget way over market value! Icon Team really knows what they are doing and this was a SEAMLESS process. Like I said above, anyone can sell a house but you want someone on your side that is truly going to be there for you. Scott Laird, my realtor was professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Desirae Bell, the transaction coordinator kept me in the loop the entire time! Not once did I feel lost in the dark or question any of her expertise. The famous Jeremy Larkin even made a stop by just to help with his expertise as well, which I then knew I was in good hands.
