Working with Katie was an absolute delight from beginning to end! As first-time homebuyers, we had very little knowledge of the process and were nervous to begin our journey. From our very first meeting with Katie, she put us at ease and answered all of our questions, no matter how ridiculous they might be. She provided us with a packet of information on the home buying process that was extremely helpful throughout the process. Katie was patient with us, as we viewed 10+ houses, and eventually returned to the first house we viewed to make our final offer. Katie was knowledgeable and prompt in answering all of our questions and taking us to see any houses we requested (even if it was more than once). Katie provided unbiased insight into the pros and cons of houses, and never pressured us into making decisions. Katie provided excellent analyses of neighborhoods that we showed interest in, giving us a good idea of recent sales, trends in the neighborhood, and reasonable asking prices. Katie was excellent in the negotiation process, and provided ample support that left us feeling confident in our offers. Katie is personable, knowledgeable, and overall, a superb realtor. We feel so grateful for all of her assistance throughout this process and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Madison area.
