Katie Schmitz is a consummate real estate agent whom I would recommend without any reservation. She took the time to listen carefully to what we wanted. When we first contacted Katie, we were living in Massachusetts and did most of our communication online. Katie was always prompt in responding to us and, because she is so knowledgeable about the downtown market in condos, was on top of letting us know what was available. We visited twice to look at various condos and she was most obliging, picking us up, driving us around, and giving us all the information we needed to know. She alerted us that a condo in a building we liked was on the market and it was just about perfect. Katie was extremely savvy about how to make an offer and she let us know immediately when our offer was accepted. Many years had passed since we were last involved in a real estate transaction in another state; Katie is very knowledgeable and suggested that we request a years warranty on all the appliances, which would never have occurred to us. This is the fourth real estate transaction weve been involved in and Katie was the best of all our agents.
