We had been casually looking at homes on our own for about six months when we decided to become more serious in our endeavors. Having met many realtors over the course of attending all those open houses, it was time to select one we felt comfortable with and could put our trust in. After interviewing several, we chose Kollin due to his history with and knowledge of our targeted area, his way of putting us at ease, and his timeliness in communication. In addition, he has a very analytical mindset, and a definite sense of market trends and turnings. As it turned out, the home we chose had multiple offers and a situation involving a tenant who would be moving out potentially after closing. Ours was not the top offer, however the fact that we got the house was due to Kollin choosing the best and easiest to understand contract language in regards to the tenant, that the seller chose our offer above all others. We are moved in and thrilled with the home, and have Kollin to thank for that. He gets top rating in our book.
