My husband and I were looking for our first home...we had never purchased before. I found Mario online and gave him a call and from the first conversation he was incredibly informative. He knew the market, the San Antonio area and immediately gave us advice on how to proceed. Not only did he spend his weekends helping us view houses, but he did so with patience and knowledge of the area he was showing. His demeanor & professionalism are top notch! When we found the house we wanted, he acted instantly. He negotiated a really great deal for us!! We already had a lender selected, but that lender was saying some things that Mario advised didn't sound truthful. So, he referred us to a lender he knew. That lender gave us a much lower interest rate than the one we previously had! His service didn't stop there...he also referred an Inspector. Best Inspector EVER! As if that weren't enough, his Homeowner Insurance referral also came in with the best coverage and lowest rate. Mario's advice and referrals just blew everyone else out of the water. He explained every step of the process and what we could expect to happen next so that nothing was a surprise. I am forever grateful for Mario and look forward to ONLY using him in the future!
