Bonnie is true to her word and goes above and beyond in helping her clients find their dream home. She never pressured me into any contracts. She was never impatient while we toured a few homes before deciding on one. During walk throughs of homes, she was very thorough and weighed in pros and cons of the house, rooms and neighborhood. She has a knack for caring for her clients and it is evident she genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. A lot of realtors can be pushy and it becomes clear some are in it for the paycheckaEUR"this is definitely not true for Bonnie. She takes it upon herself to follow up and check in even after closing on a home. She still stays in touch with me from time to time to check in on how we are doing with the moving process and to just check in on life in general. She is very personal and relatable, which is a major plus when making a big financial decision in buying a home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bonnie. She is an amazing realtor to work with and I would recommend her to anyone in the home-buying market. She exceeded by first time home buying expectations by a landslide.

Lee took the time to learn about us, our preferences, and what we were truly looking for in a home. In this market, I honestly expected to be shoved aside as another low-margin buyer looking for a unicorn, but Lee worked diligently and patiently with us for weeks on end. We put in nearly a half-dozen offers; at first, they were tentative, us only knowing whether we truly wanted the house or not when we found out our offer wasn't accepted. When we finally landed on the house we purchased, both Lee and I knew it was a good fit, we put an offer in immediately, and we got the house. It really ended up being the perfect fit for us; if Lee hadn't put forth as much effort as he did, we would have ended up in something too expensive, too large, too small, or too... something else.
