Phil was amazing when helping me look for my first house, pointed out everything I needed to know, recommended adjustments and the best value for what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable in looking for what needs to be done with houses, the best values, and always makes sure that you are in a positive state. When we finished the sale, he still keeps in touch asking how the house was, how I was adjusting, and if I had any questions or needed any help. The Harford Team is phenomenal and amazing, and wether it's your first home, or your 3rd home, I highly recommend going with the Harford Team!! They will go above and beyond for you! Phil was there for me through the whole process, HE DID NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS!! Which is so hard to find, he wants to make sure he finds you the right / perfect home!! All around amazing service!!

Melissa, Phillip, and the rest of the Harford Team were nothing less than amazing. I was very nervous and anxious about buying a home. The Harford Team took care of my worries, explained the process while keeping it simple, and only provided me with the best service you can find. I expected to keep my personal expectations low during the home buying process, but was very surprised at the quality of people I dealt with. The market was hot and homes were selling fast. They didnt just meet my expectations, they went well above and beyond to get me the home I wanted while not sacrificing any of my house needs. I was informed right away on any problems or issues that arose during the process. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, proactive, and professional. I expected to be treated like a customer, but it felt more like family. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a home. There is no doubt I wouldve lost the home I wanted if it werent for them.
