Phil Harford is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I recently purchased an 1800s house using Phil as my agent. I cant tell you how many unforeseen instances I encountered throughout the process of purchasing this property. Luckily Phil was amazing at handling every situation that we encountered. He helped me successfully navigate the most important purchase of my life thus far. Additionally, he was able to connect me with an amazing mortgage lender, a great home inspector, and an awesome insurance provider for my home and business as well. Any review that I leave just doesnt do justice for how much credit Phil deserves for the amount of time and effort he has taken to help me through the entire process! I will gladly recommend Phil Harford to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

I don't think I could have found a better realtor team for my first home-buying venture it I tried. Phillip, my primary contact, constantly went out of his way to help educate me on the things to look for in potential homes in a way that I was not able to replicate in my own research. He was frank in his thoughts in the pros and cons he saw in each of the homes we visited, and his insight helped shape what I was looking for in a first home and is a big reason I own the home I do now. Phillip made the navigating the loan process a breeze, with documents coming to me as soon as they were ready, no matter the hour; and he was always available when needed to answer the important questions. Overall, Phillip was very easy to talk to and get ahold of. While sometimes minor questions and concerns would take a couple of days to be addressed if sent via text, any time something big came up, it was addressed immediately. The best example that I can think of is that towrads the end of the process, before I had agreed to set a price and close, Phillip set up an entire day of house tours with about 3 days notice where the goal of the tour was essentially to reassure myself that I had the right house and that I wasn't going to find something better in the near future. He did not have to go out of his way to make those tours happen, but he did because it was important to me. While negotiating on my behalf, Phillip was able to get me a very good deal on the home, and after the initial price was able to successfully renegotiate a lower price after the inspection turned up issues with the home. Overall, I would recommend Phillip and the Harford Team to anyone who asks me for advice for a realtor because I know that the team will go above and beyond to make the home buying process easy and informative. I recommend them because whenever I am ready to sell my current home and/or buy a new one, Phillip will be the first person I call.
