Kristin helped us so much. After living in our home for 15+ years we decided it was time to move to a home that was more accommodating to our life style. We no longer desired the large yard and wanted something that required less yard maintenance to have more free time. Kristen listed our home and showcased the location, large yard (1 acre+), the neighborhood and the home itself. When a buyer was found, Kristen went above and beyond, to negotiate a deal that allowed us to pursue our aspirations for our next home and close on the sale of our home.Kristin has been the biggest asset in the purchase of our new home. We had some idea as to where we were interested and Kristin sent up appointments for showings. We found a location and floor plan that we loved, in a new construction development. While some people purchase new construction without realtor, we are so thankful to have Kristin on our side representing us. When we brought up concerns during the construction phase, Kristin would follow up on the issues. Kristin would do the "back and forth" emails/phones calls on our behalf saving us time and frustration. If the issues were not being addressed to our satisfaction, Kristin used her knowledge, experience and contacts to get us answers and issues resolved. Even though we closed and moved in 2 months ago, Kristin is still involved and working on our behalf. The builder has stepped up, and is fixing the issues we have. We know Kristin will be by our side through this process until we are 100% satisfied. When we started this process of selling and buying our homes, Kristin was (and still is) our realtor. With her integrity and how she put our needs and expectations as the priority, our relationship has transformed. Kristin is our friend who was/is our realtor.
