Just to begin, I do not do these rate your experience but I will for Kristin because she deserves the recognition. She is knowledgeable, professional, good communication, and has a great personality. I am new to the area and wanted to make sure I was making a good investment with my home purchase. She took the time to show me houses just for comparables, knowing that wasn't the house I was going to purchase. Her attention to detail when looking through these older homes was helpful as I have never purchased an older home before and wasn't completely sure what I should be looking for. She scheduled all the inspections, coordinated quotes and repairs for issues that needed attention. All of this I wouldn't have been able to do by myself. Kristin really did more that I expected a relator to do. She really took charge and took care of everything!!! She made my purchase completely stress free. I got to the house after closing, with it snowing, and the driveway and entrance were shoveled. She is very mindful and great at what she does. You couldn't find a better person to work with if you are looking for a home.
