Michael helped me with my first purchase a year ago, and after 21 days, I had the keys in my hand to my first property. After switching jobs and with my new commute taking me to San Francisco, I knew I needed to get another place, so I called Michael. He gave me advise on what upgrades to make to the property to sell it for the most amount of money. We also discussed timing and the plan on selling my property while at the same time buying another one closer to work. After the remodeling was done, Michael had my place cleaned, staged, and professionally photographed. Within two weeks, we had multiple offers on my condo including a few above asking price. That same week, a condo showed up on the market, and Michael had me looking at it that evening. Before that condo had it's first open house, Michael negotiated a fair price for the property, and got me into contract to purchase it, beating out other potential buyers! I admit it was nerve racking at times having to deal with the sale of my current place and buying another one at the same time. To make the process less stressful, Michael kept me informed of what was going on with both transactions, and he was proactive in addressing potential issues. First time seller of a property inherited by Probate, was a scary and nerve racking endeavor we werent looking forward to but Ryan made the process so easy, smooth and attainable.
