I first started working with Bale, Mike and team in late december 2021, thinking of donwsizing to a condo. Bale spent many days sourcing homes for us to look at and after numerous visits to various houses, we decided condo/townhome life was not going to do it for us so we decided to just sell our house and start looking for another house outside the bay area. Throughout the process, the team was very patient, transparent amd thorough. We also had a couple of aEUR~special circumstances that prohibited a normal home selling process but they were able to accomodate and worked around them. Net net, we sold our home and bought a new one. The process was made very easy and enjoyable, because of thier candid insights, advice and recommendations. This was during a period where there was adverse economic situation, interest rate going high and demand for housing slowing down. The team was upfront about the challenges but also provided us with optimism on how they intended to navigate around those challenges. It gave us confidence to proceed. They shepherded us along in a painless way and thier team approach and attention to details made sure it was a flawless and smooth process. Couldnt be happier with the result amd would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
