As a first time homebuyer this was truly the best experience I could've hoped for. Before I found Jason I was working with 2 other realtors that didn't seem too interested in finding homes in my price range. I would call to view a property and they would tell me it had sold and to call when I found another one. So, I started searching and found a property that Jason was showing. I called him and he let me know that unfortunately it was pending sale, and then he proceeded to ask me questions about what type of home I was looking for, what area, price range, etc. From there he sent me a list of properties that he thought I would be interested in. I chose a few and those were also pending sale! I was starting to become very discouraged about the search, but Jason quickly sent me a list of properties he thought I might like. They were near the area I was looking at, and were definitely in my price range, so I decided to schedule a viewing for a few of them. Once we had viewed the properties he asked if I was interested in seeing other homes. He had set aside a good part of the day to make sure that I had more than enough time to view the homes I chose and still had time for others. At each property he gave me input on what he thought would need repairs and, which would be most urgent, since he knew I was looking for a move-in ready home that I could repair slowly. I really appreciated this since I wasn't sure what I was looking at. When I finally decided on a house, and made the offer, he was with me through the entire process. He was always available for a phone call and would respond to texts promptly. I can't even count the number of times I called with a question because I was confused about the buying process or just wanted his input on needed repairs. He also helped with scheduling and handling the inspection and necessary repairs which made it so much easier for me. Plus, all of the businesses that he works with are very friendly and have a high level of customer service. Before I decided to buy I was already overwhelmed with the entire process, but having Jason there to answer questions and help me, made all of the difference. Even after I closed he let me know that he was still there to answer any questions I might have and to give me any referrals for any repairs I might need in the future (which I will definitely be taking him up on that offer!) Jason is a truly wonderful person to work with, and his friendly personality and happy demeanor only add to creating a positive experience! I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase a home, but especially if you are new to the home-buying process.
