Eddie helped us sell our home in one week for more than the projected sales price. We decided to list our home at a slightly higher price than most homes in our neighborhood since we had several updates that our neighbors didn't have. Other agents we interviewed said we would be over-priced and the home wouldn't appraise but Eddie showed us what he could do to make sure we didn't have any appraisal issues and what the maximum sales price could be. Our home ended up selling above the price we had hoped to get and was appraised at exactly contract price! Thanks to Eddie and his team, we didn't have to cave in to a lower price.
