Ryan is Awesome! Red carpet, or solid GOLD carpet all the way. After coming from Phoenix, where we had a lot of bad service experiences, Ryan was such a breath of fresh air. Indeed, Ryan was on top of everything. He personally went out to properties and did facetime with us, as we viewed properties alongside since we were still in Phoenix. Moreover, he is also extremely knowledgeable. He knew almost as much as inspectors do, and was quick to point things out to us. Also the process was totally seamless, and his staff was great to work with. Furthermore, he was very quick to return our calls and texts. He even let me speak with some of his personal staff to get questions answered about titling and tax questions. He went way above and beyond. Lastly, he was so patient with us. We started out wanting to live in a Beaverdale Brick, and then changed our preferences several times, before landing in NW Urbandale, which we absolutely love. So do yourself a favor and use Ryan as your realtor. He is the best of the best, and you wont regret it.
