Michele recently helped me purchase a new home in Irvine. As a first time buyer, the whole process of purchasing was intimidating. I didnt know where to start or what to look for. Michele made the entire process smooth and easy for me. I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was and she was able to provide a list of properties that met my criteria. After visiting plenty of properties, we found the perfect home for me. Once we decided to put in an offer, Michele did a great job handling all the paperwork. She was quick to respond to any inquiries I had and did an amazing job following up with the other parties to make sure all the paperwork was completed and taken care of. She even provided a schedule of all the dates each item needed to be completed by to make sure we met the closing date. Michele was able to recommend a lender that was just as amazing. Talks a good game to get your business and really knows the local RE environment. The good pretty much ends there. Really overextended with multiple clients. Like many agents, Lisa wants to take the first offer that comes along then pass you off to Greg to finish it off. Total lack of communication, not returning calls and not keeping you informed of developments on YOUR sale. Too busy promoting herself. Very disappointing. You dont get the feeling that they are on your side. At the other end of the transaction, while in contract, Greg pretty much rolls over and wants to give into every demand to seal the deal, he did not dispute one item! And these were not section 1 items! Be prepared to fight for yourself and dont expect a good communicator if you use these agents. There are plenty better out there who actually have time for you, the client.
