A few years ago, Mary helped my husband and I find and purchase our first home. We looked at about 30 different house until we found "the one." I am a very picky person...wanting a house with character and curb appeal along with all the other requirements like 2 bathrooms, etc. Mary was extremely patient with us and always arrived at the houses we chose to look at on time! This is very important to me as time is money! She also recommended a home inspection business to use (they were awesome as well) and guided us to where we could look to be pre-approved for a loan at the beginning of the process. Mary is extremely responsive, which is absolutely essential while going through the negotiation and buying process.I was so please with Mary that I recommended my sister contact her to purchase her first home as well.To this day, I still feel comfortable reaching out to Mary for information about houses selling in our neighborhood.
