We had been searching for a home for a year and our realtor just couldnt find anything that pleased our family. We decided to find a new realtor and that is when we found Dillar. Dillar is by far the most calm, driven, non-judgmental, understanding, go-getting realtor. We gave her our criteria and we received a new list of homes every single morning. I was able to send her a text to request a viewing the same day. She was exceptional with answering our questions, as well as, being okay with us not liking everything she showed. We put an offer on a home and then retracted it because it didnt feel like home to us; Dillar didnt show us that she was let down, upset or irritated. She said okay, lets look more! We found our dream home with Dillar! We were able to get the home because of her negotiating skills and attitude. We beat 4 other offers and received money towards closing and a brand new roof. Dillar is always the realtor I recommend to people searching high and low for their dream home!
