Last summer I helped a good friend of mine buy a condo out in Ann Arbor. I used Kathy Toth's website to tell my agent all of the places I wanted to look at because the website was more up to date than all of the listings the agents I had spoke to had. That should have been my red flag, I should have worked with them from the beginning! Well, this time around, I learned my lesson and went straight to Kathy Toth and her outstanding team. I submitted a request to see a property and Steve Braley (from the picture on the website) contacted me the very next day. In just a short time, he was able to work together with his team to show me a few properties. I put an offer on a house the first day, I was in a bit of a rush to move. Steve used Dotloop to get me all of the paperwork I needed signed (electronically). I loved it, we saved so much paper and it was so easy and simple, I don't know why everyone does not do it! Anyway, I ran into a major issue with the house (it was my own fault) and Steve worked his magic and helped me get out of the purchase (I even got my earnest money back). So, I needed to look for houses again. All in all, Steve and I probably looked at well over 60 houses together in about a two week time span. He was amazing throughout the whole process. He was not pushy, let me take my time looking around and he made sure to get all of my questions about each property answered, even if that meant he had to call 20 people before he got a straight answer. Buying a house can be very stressful, but Steve and his team made it as stress free as they possibly could have. I knew what to expect each and every step of the way, and there was always someone there to answer my plethora of questions. It was such a huge difference from my experience with Re Max Platinum last year, all they provided me was a realtor with a lock code so I could see each place. Steve is outstanding, and I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home, whether you are young or old, a first time home buyer, or a tenth time home buyer. Steve and his team are outstanding. They work together flawlessly and without end to make sure that their clients have everything they need each and every step of the way. I will never consider using another realtor, they are that great.
