Hire Jessica Sternberg!!Jessica was our realtor in March of 2021. Not only did she help us find the perfect home but she went above and beyond anything we could have asked for in a realtor. In March we were given notice to move out of our rental property and given the current predicament for renters we couldn't find any rental properties. So after doing some extensive research we started the process to buy. We interviewed 10-15 realtors to represent us when we first started the process and eventually we found Jessica. Out of all the realtors we interviewed, Jessica stood out amongst them all. She was quick to respond, helped us with all of our questions and above all she was flexible. Jessica is also extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about the areas she works in. We were still relatively new to the area so her inside knowledge helped us narrow down the perfect neighborhoods to start our search. She was willing to show us multiple houses in a day and she worked around our busy schedules. During the time the market was extremely busy. We found places we loved and wound up getting out bid on them. All of the houses we liked had multiple offers on them, so because of this Jessica came up with innovative ways for our offers to stand out in the competitive market. For about two months straight, she worked diligently to help us find the perfect home. She was available to answer any questions we had, at any time, and we had a multitude of questions because it was our first home buying experience. When we finally found our dream home and our offer was accepted, the closing process was seamless thanks to Jessica and her team.
