Donna Friesner sold our home when it seemed that no one else could! Our house was an overly customized, expensive home on 4 acres of land in Perrysburg. It was truly beautiful, but not going to be an easy sell.Donna did several things that were key to selling the house. First, she helped us competitively price it. Secondly, she arranged for a stager to come in to help us properly prepare the house for todays market.After the staging, she had a professional photographer take beautiful pictures. Even more impressive was that she scheduled overhead pictures to be taken from a drone. This really showed off the privacy of the estate and its 4 acres.All of the above resulted in 13 showings in three weeks. Donna had signs made and placed around the house to highlight its many special features that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. Amazingly, she was at every showing to be available to answer questions regarding our house. This was very significant due to the complexity involved.The house sold at very nearly full price. Donna saved us considerable money by advising us in the negation process.She was available and present throughout the appraisal and closing. Donna made what couldve been a very tedious and difficult situation essentially seamless.Of course, we turned to Donna Friesner when it came to buying a new house. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone selling a house. From beginning to end she provided valuable professional advice and service. At our initial meeting, she patiently took time to discuss the house, the market, and her services. When pricing the house, she took an approach that was aggressive without being unreasonable. Her commission was slightly more than others I talked to but I am certain that in the end it was easily made up in the price we received for our house. I think the time she takes with house prep and presentation are a key factor in why her clients enjoy success. Her services include some time with a house stager, she uses a professional photographer to take attractive photos, and she features the property in an attractive multipage brochure. Since she works together with her son and husband, I felt I had a team working on the sale of my house. Donna is a very accessible and responsive communicator. She made good recommendations regarding offers as well as patiently and successfully worked through difficulties when they arose. Thanks to her, the house sold quickly and for a very good price.
