Jessica is an amazing agent, and I cant praise her enough. She was so good that I recommended her to friends selling a home, and they received an offer in just a week!Jessica goes above and beyond. Firstly, shes incredibly knowledgeable about homes and what makes them a good investment (structure, needed repairs, things to watch out for, etc...). Her knowledge helped me to better understand what I could expect to do once the sale was completed in order to further improve my home. Secondly, the sale I was involved in was particularly complicated. Jessica continually checked on me and even on one occasion had to listen to me completely break down (I'm still sorry about that, Jessica). She listened with grace and kindness. She also negotiated fiercely on my behalf. I didnt know what to ask for after inspection, but Jessica sat down with me and told me what was a must repair and also what we could reasonably request. She didnt back down from these requests and she took care to follow up and make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Honestly, the only non-stressful aspect of this huge life transition was Jessica. Shell work tirelessly for her clients - she did for me and for my friends who also have nothing but high praises
