Rich Dallas and his team are phenomenal. I cant say enough good things about them. We were with another agent for almost a year and getting no traffic on our listing. Rich and his team gave us staging ideas and recommendations on what needed to be done to sell the house. They made our listing look fabulous. I thought something was wrong with my house, and it ends up that it was not being marketed correctly. Rich and his team sent out postcards for the house, and the listing was amazing. Within the first hour of listing with Rich, the house already had scheduled appointments for showings. Rich set me up with an App for my phone so I could immediately see all of the feedback given by the agents when they showed the house. I rarely got feedback from my previous agent and I was getting feedback daily from all of the showings. My house had more showings in 5 days than it had in a whole year with the other agent. I was amazed at how the listing got so many hits in one day. The house had 2 offers and sold in only 10 days! I cannot thank Rich and his team enough for helping us sell our house. He and his team treated us like we were their number one priority at all times, responding at lightning speed to texts and emails, even after business hours. Every person on the team is a true professional. When I went to the office to drop off the check for the hand money, everyone on the team was super friendly and acted like they knew me.
